Paradise Lakes Country Club was founded in 1968 as part of a larger camping and residential development of over 1800 properties. Years later, the leadership of Campers Paradise sought to bring a change to the camping side of the development and founded Paradise Lakes Country Club. Since then, many improvements have been made in the development while still embracing the simple camping theme.
Now, there are 325 individual campsites in three distinct divisions.

The PLC Club is a Not-for-Profit registered corporation in Washington state and is governed by the members with an elected seven-member Board of Trustees.
The Management and Maintenance staff oversee the grounds and the corporate day to day operations.
